b) Services: Refunds for services will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service provided. Refunds will not be granted for services already rendered, except for non-compliance with the agreed-upon terms in the contract.

b) Service Suspension: In case of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate ongoing services until full payment is received.
