Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification via email when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders. If any special shipping charges apply (such as for express delivery), these will be specified during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available. You can use this number to track the status of your package on the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@k-arole.com. Be sure to include your name and order number in your message. We will review your request and assist you in resolving the issue.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will refund the full amount of the order, excluding return shipping costs.
