All orders are processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.
For calculated shipping costs: The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@k-arole with your name and order number, and we will will examine for you.
We accept returns up to X days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order less the shipping costs for the return.
